Description

This reference design provides isolated 24Vdc, 16Vdc (x3) and 6V outputs to power the control electronics, IGBT module and fan for 100Vac/200Vac input servo drives. The power supply can be either powered directly from a single or 3- phase AC mains or can be powered from the DC link voltage. This reference design uses primary-side regulation, quasi-resonant flyback topology and is rated for 30W output. The line and load regulation of the power supply is designed to be within 5%. The power supply is designed to meet the clearance, creepage and isolation test voltages as per IEC61800-5 requirements
