Description

The TPS548D21 device is a compact single buckconverter with adaptive on-time, D-CAP3 modecontrol. It is designed for high accuracy, highefficiency, fast transient response, ease-of-use, lowexternal component count and space-consciouspower systems.This device features full differential sense, TIintegrated FETs with a high-side on-resistance of2.9 mΩ and a low-side on-resistance of 1.2 mΩ. Thedevice also features accurate 0.5%, 0.9-V referencewith an ambient temperature range between –40°Cand 125°C. Competitive features include: very lowexternal component count, accurate load regulationand line regulation, FCCM mode operation, andinternal soft-start control.
