Description
The TPS25990EVM eFuse evaluation board allows reference circuit evaluation of the TPS25990 eFuse. The TPS25990 device is a 2.9-V to 16-V, 60-A eFuse with integrated 0.79-mΩ FET. It comes with overcurrent, inrush current management, adjustable overcurrent transient blanking timer, programmable undervoltage, overvoltage protections digital telemetry and configurability through PMBus®.

- 28-A to 90-A programmable circuit breaker threshold using onboard jumpers
- Adjustable reference voltage for overcurrent protection and active current sharing blocks
- Programmable transient overcurrent blanking timer
- Programmable output slew rate control, UVLO, current limit during startup, and active current sharing threshold
- Digital telemetry and configurability through PMBus®
- LED status for power good and fault indications
