Description

The LM73100 integrated ideal diode evaluation module allows reference circuit evaluation of the LM73100 ideal diode. The LM73100 device is a 2.7-V to 23-V, 5.5-A ideal diode power switch with integrated 28-mΩ FET, always ON reverse current blocking, adjustable undervoltage and overvoltage, adjustable output slew rate control, overtemperature protection and power good indication with adjustable threshold.
