Description
The AFE539A4EVM is an easy-to-use platform to evaluate the functionality and performance of the AFE539A4. The AFE539A4EVM has an on-board controller for easy interface with the GUI. The AFE539A4EVM hardware is configured for the device most commont application- thermoelectric cooling control.

- Integral nonlinearity (INL): ±1 LSB (max) at 5-V output
- Internal reference
- I2C and serial peripheral interface (SPI)
- Integrated state machine preprogrammed as a proportional-integral (PI) controller
