Description
The ADS8354EVM-PDK is a platform for evaluating the performance of the ADS8354 device, which is a 16-bit, dual-channel, simultaneous-sampling, 700-kSPS, differential analog input, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that features an easy-to-use serial programming interface (SPI). The ADS8354EVM-PDK eases evaluation with hardware, software, and computer connectivity through the universal serial bus (USB) interface.

- Includes hardware and software required for diagnostic testing, as well as accurate performance evaluation of the ADS8354 SAR ADC
- USB powered; no external power supply required
- Ships with PHI controller that provides convenient communication interface to ADS8354 over USB 2.0 (or higher) for power delivery, as well as digital input/output
- Easy-to-use evaluation software for Microsoft® Windows® 7/8/10 64-bit operating systems
- Software suite includes graphical tools for Data capture, Histogram analysis, Spectral analysis
