Description
This application note describes Tagore Technology’s 240W Totem-Pole PFC (TPPFC) converter Evaluation Board (EVB, TP44100SG-TPPFC240-EVB) using its 90 mΩ superior GaN FET (TP44100SG). The user will be able to perform a complete evaluation of the EVB by following the procedures outlined in this document and all the necessary supporting information (circuit schematics, BOM, layout, key operating waveforms, etc.) are provided to facilitate a quick adaption to a production design.
