BD9E103FJ is a single synchronous buck DC/DCconverter with built-in low on-resistance powerMOSFETs. The SLLMTM control provides excellentefficiency characteristics in light-load conditions whichmake the product ideal for equipment and devices thatdemand minimal standby power consumption.BD9E103FJ is a current mode control DC/DC converterand features high-speed transient response. Phasecompensation can also be set easily.
