Description
BD9D320EFJ is a synchronous buck switching regulatorwith built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs. It iscapable of providing current of up to 3 A. External phasecompensation circuit is not necessary for it is a constanton-time control DC/DC converter with high speedresponse.
