Description
The RT8060A is a current mode, high efficiency PWMstep-down DC/DC converter that can support a wide inputvoltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, while delivering up to 1Aoutput current. The current mode operation provides fasttransient response and eases loop stabilization.A 1.5MHz frequency operation allows the use of a smallerinductor to meet the space and height limitations handheldapplications.The RT8060A is available in a SOT-23-5 package.
