Description
The HiperLCS is an integrated LLC power stage that combines a multifunction controller, high-voltage and low-voltage gate drivers, and two power MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration. Figure 1 shows a simplified schematic of the HiperLCS power stage, where the LLC resonant inductor incorporates an integrated transformer.The controller varies the frequency to switch the power MOSFETs at zero voltage (ZVS), eliminating switching losses and improving efficiency.
