Description

This document is an engineering report describing a 60 W USB PD power supply with 5 V / 3 A, 9 V / 3 A, 15 V / 3 A, 20 V / 3 A, output using InnoSwitch4-CZ INN4073C, ClampZero CZ1062M, and MinE-CAP MIN1072M. This design shows the high power density and efficiency that is possible due to the high level of integration of the InnoSwitch4-CZ active clamp controller providing exceptional performance and is paired with the input capacitor volume-reduction capabilities of the MinE-CAP IC.
