100 W flyback power supply for 400 V DC BEV automotive applications as a replacement for the 12 V lead-acid auxiliary battery, using 900 V PowiGaN-based InnoSwitch3-AQ (INN3990CQ)

  • Complete fault protection, including output current limit and short-circuit protection
