Description

This document is an engineering report describing a 45 W USB PD power supply with 5 V / 5 A, 9 V / 3 A, 15 V / 3 A, 20 V / 2.25 A or 3.3 V – 21 V Programmable Power Supply (PPS) output using InnoSwitch3-Pro INN3368-H301 IC and VIA Labs VP302 USB PD controller. This design shows the high power density and efficiency that is possible due to the high level of integration of the InnoSwitch3-Pro controller providing exceptional performance.The report contains the power supply specification, schematic diagram, printed circuit board layout, bill of materials, transformer documentation, and performance data.
