Description
For the power conversion system of three-phase power supply (400Vac~690Vac), a 65W/24V industrial auxiliary power supply evaluation board with a DC bus voltage range of 300Vdc~1000Vdc is designed. The use of PINJ 1700V SiC MOSFET (P3M173K0K3) can simplify circuit design, significantly improve efficiency, reduce the volume and weight of auxiliary power supply, and help industrial equipment achieve significant miniaturization, high reliability and energy saving.
