Description

The NCV78925R1DAGEVB is a form factor Reference Design of High Efficiency Dual Channel 1.6 A Synchronous Buck LED Driver with Integrated High and Bottom Side Switches and Current Sensing for Automotive Front Lighting. The reference design can be interfaced via I/O pins and the SPI bus to an external microcontroller. It can be combined with Multiphase Boost Controller daughter boards and create evaluation kit which provides a complete solution turning SPI commands into LED string control.

Typical applications

  • Automotive front lighting applications like high beam, low beam, DRL (daytime running light), turn indicator, fog light, static cornering
  • High current LEDs and provides a complete solution to drive 2 LED strings of up−to 60 V
