Description

The NCP3296, a highly−efficient stackable synchronous buckregulator, is capable of operating with an input range from 3 V to 18 Vand supporting up to 40 A continuous load currents. Higher outputcurrents can be achieved by 2, 3, or 4 parallel NCP3296 devicesoperating as an interleaved multi−phase buck regulator.The NCP3296 utilizes fixed−frequency current−mode control toprovide accurate voltage regulation and fast transient response.Flexible programming of function and parameters supports multipleapplications.
