Description

This design used onsemi’s NCP1681BA Multi-Mode Totem Pole PFC controller, NCP58921 Gate driver integrated GaNFETs for Fast leg, NCP51530 650V gate driver for slow leg and NCP51561 galvanic isolated gate driver for fast leg.
