Description
The EV78U64A Evaluation Board is a standalone 48V nominal to 12V DC-DC converter module. The module features the MIC2132 controller and encompasses dual interleaved buck converters. On the EV78U64A module the MIC2132 is coupled to EPC2218 GaN transistors, to enable a highly efficient converter within a small footprint.

Utilises GaN Fets to achieve high-efficiency and high-density design.Simple to design in analog controller, MIC2132.Easy to design hysteretic control loop with fast transient response.High efficiency gives low power dissipation and improved thermal performance.
