Description

This user guide provides an overview of the reference design board REF_Fridge_C101T_6ED including its main features, key data, pin assignments and mechanical dimensions, and the guidance on how to run and design the motor with board.The REF_Fridge_C101T_6ED board is a complete reference design board designed for refrigerator compressors. It demonstrates the entire Infineon solution including 600 V three-phase gate driver IC 6EDL04I06PT, 600 V RCD2 IGBT IKD04N60RC2, digital motor control IC iMOTIONTM IMC101T-T038 and linear voltage regulators IFX54211MB V33.The REF_Fridge_C101T_6ED board is developed to support customers in designing their refrigeratorcompressor drivers with Infineon products.

  • Thin-film SOI technology 
  • Maximum blocking voltage +600 V 
  • Separate control circuits for all six drivers 
  • CMOS and LSTTL-compatible input (positive logic)  -Signal interlocking of every phase to prevent cross-conduction 
  • Detection of overcurrent and under voltage supply
