Description
CIPOS™ Mini 600 V, 10 A three-phase TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT based intelligent power module with open emitter in DIP 36x21 package that provides fully featured compact inverter solution along with the best optimized efficiency, excellent thermal conduction and electrical isolation. Perfectly suited for high switching applications such as washing machines, dryers, fans and other motor drive applications with low turn-off switching losses.
