Description
This demonstration board operates under a wide range input developed with offline SMPS application in mind. It features the ICE5QSBG PWM quasi-resonant flyback controller of the 5th generation CoolSET™ family together with Infineon's IPA80R600P7 of the 800V CoolMOS™ P7 superjunction MOSFET family.
