The EVAL-M5-IGBT7 is a complete evaluation board including the six discrete IGBTs realizing a B6 inverter for motor drive applications. In combination with control boards equipped with the M5 32-pin interface connector such as the XMC DriveCard 4400, it features and demonstrates Infineon’s IGBT in motor drives.After checked with Infineon, our part#750344495 is used to replace the T650(Pikatron ÜP615694) which is on page18, used on the Auxiliary Supply board.
