Description

The EPC91108 is a half bridge buck configuration evaluation board with onboard controller, featuring the 40 V rated EPC2055 GaN FET.The EPC91108 measures 61 x 61 mm and operates at 800 kHz with an input voltage range from 20 V through 32 V and can deliver up to 252 W power output into a 12 V load.
