Description
The AP6503 is a 340kHz switchingfrequency external compensatedsynchronous DCDC buck converter. It hasintegrated low RDSON high and low sideMOSFETs.The AP6503 enables continues load currentof up to 3A with efficiency as high as 95%.The AP6503 features current mode controloperation, which enables fast transientresponse times and easy loopstabilization.The AP6503 is available in a standardGreen SO-8EPpackage with exposed PADfor improved thermal performance and isRoHS compliant.
