Beschreibung
The SC33021 is an integrated 2A Load Switch with reverse current blocking which operates from a 1.6V to 5.5V input supply.The SC33021 is offered in tiny 0.9mm x 0.9mm x 0.6mm, 4 Bump CSP package enabling very small board area implementations. The SC33021 has an operating ambient temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C.This guide contains information on how to use the EVB and should be used in conjunction with the datasheet. The datasheet contains detailed information including the electrical characteristics, operating procedures, circuit design procedures, a typical application circuit, and other application information.This guide is intended to help the user to become familiar with the features of the device. This EVB has many test points and jumper in order to access various parameters and circuit capabilities. Users can eliminate these test points and jumpers to simplify the circuit for a specific application.
