Beschreibung
The BD9G341AEFJ is a buck switching regulator withintegrated 150mΩ power MOSFET. Current modearchitecture provides fast transient response and asimple phase compensation setup. The operatingfrequency is programmable from 50kHz to 750kHz.Additional protection features are included such asOver Current Protection, Thermal shutdown and Undervoltage lockout. The under voltage lockout andhysteresis can be set by external resistor .
