Beschreibung
BD9A302QWZ is a synchronous buck DC/DCconverter with built-in low on-resistance powerMOSFETs. This IC is capable of providing current upto 3A. The SLLMTM control provides excellentefficiency characteristics in light-load conditions whichmake the product ideal for equipment and devices thatdemand minimal standby power consumption. Theoscillating frequency is high at 1MHz using a smallvalue of inductor. BD9A302QWZ is a current modecontrol DC/DC converter and features high-speedtransient response. Phase compensation can also beset easily.
