The P9221-R is a high-efficiency, Qi-compliant wireless powerreceiver targeted for applications up to 15W. Using magnetic inductivecharging technology, the receiver converts an AC power signalfrom a resonant tank to a programmable regulated 9V or 12V DCoutput voltage. The integrated, low RDSON synchronous rectifierand ultra-low dropout linear (LDO) regulator offer high efficiency,making the product ideally suited for battery-operated applications.The P9221-R includes an industry-leading 32 bit ARM® Cortex®-M0 microprocessor offering a high level of programmability. Inaddition, the P9221-R features a programmable current limit and apatented over-voltage protection scheme eliminating the need foradditional capacitors generally used by receivers and minimizingthe external component count and cost. Together with IDT’sP9242-R transmitter (Tx), the P9221-R is a complete wirelesspower system solution for power applications up to 15W.The P9221-R is available in a 52-WLCSP package, and it is ratedfor a 0 to 85°C ambient operating temperature range
