This document is an engineering report describing a 60 W USB PD power supply with 5 V / 3 A, 9 V / 3 A, 15 V / 3 A, 20 V / 3 A or 3.3 V – 21 V Programmable Power Supply (PPS) output using InnoSwitch3-Pro INN3379C-H302 IC and Weltrend WT6635P USB PD controller. This design shows the high power density and efficiency that is possible due to the high level of integration of the InnoSwitch3-Pro controller providing exceptional performance.The report contains the power supply specification, schematic diagram, printed circuit board layout, bill of materials, transformer documentation, and performance data.
