Beschreibung

The NB685 provides a complete power supplyfor DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR3, and DDR4memory with the highest power density. Itintegrates a high frequency synchronousrectified step-down switch mode converter(VDDQ) with a 1A sink/source LDO (VTT) andbuffered low noise reference (VTTREF).Adaptive Constant-On-Time (COT) controlmode provides fast transient response andeases loop stabilization. The DC auto tune loopprovides good load and line regulation.The VTT LDO provides 1A sink/source currentcapability and requires only 10uF ceramiccapacitance. The VTTREF tracks VDDQ/2 withan excellent 1% accuracy.Full protection features include OC Limit, OVP,UVP and thermal shut down and Overtemperature warning (OTW).The converter requires minimum number ofexternal components and is available in QFN 3x3packages.
