Beschreibung

The Exar XRP6670 Evaluation board (EVB) is afully assembled and tested surface-mount PCBthat demonstrates the XRP6670 buckregulator. The XRP6670 is a synchronouscurrent mode PWM step-down converter withintegrated FET capable of delivering up to3Amps and optimized for portable battery operatedapplications. A 2.6V to 5.5V inputvoltage range allows for single supplyoperation from industry standard 3.3V and 5Vpower rails. Operating frequency isprogrammable between 300kHz and 2.5MHzvia external resistor ROSC. The integrated Pchannelcontrol FET allows 100% duty cycle.Built-in over-temperature, overcurrent, shortcircuitand under-voltage lock-out protectioninsure safe operation under abnormaloperating conditions.
