The AP72200 is a high current synchronousbuck-boost converter providing highefficiency, excellent transient response andhigh DC output accuracy. The targetedapplications are smartphones, tablets, andother handheld devices. The AP72200utilizes a four switches H-bridgeconfiguration to support buck and boostoperation. The buck-boost provides at least2A output current.The current control scheme handles wideinput/output voltage ratios and provides lowexternal component count with outstandingperformance in line/load transient responseand seamless transition between buck andboost modes.
