The CA-IS3092W/98W are isolated RS-485/RS-422 transceivers with integrated isolated power supply, featuring high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation. The CA-IS3092W and CA-IS3098W work in half-duplex mode.The CA-IS3092W/98W devices have high isolation capabilities that help prevent noise and surges on the data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground, which could interfere with or damage sensitive circuits. High CMTI capability can ensure the correct transmission of digital signals. The CA-IS3092W, CA-IS3098W devices are packaged in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package. These devices support insulation withstand voltages up to 5 kV RMS.
