Beschreibung

The CA-IS352x series digital isolator chips are VDE and CSA certified reinforced insulation isolator chips. This series of chips has high anti-electromagnetic interference and low interference characteristics. This series of chips has low power consumption and is suitable for CMOS or LVMOS digital IO ports. The CA-IS352x series chips use on-chip silicon dioxide (SiO2) capacitors as an isolation layer to isolate the input and output interfaces, and the output also has buffer characteristics. By using an isolated power supply, the chip can prevent the high voltage and noise of the signal on one side from interfering with the signal on the other side, avoid the damage of the voltage sensitive device caused by the high voltage, and also prevent the noise on the ground on one side from interfering with the signal on the other side.
