Beschreibung
Analog Devices’ LT8365 is a versatile monolithic boost converter that integratesa 150 V, 1.5 A switch, making it ideal for high voltage applicationsfound in the communications field, including portable devices. High voltageoutputs are easily produced from inputs as low as 2.8 V and as high as 60 V.It features optional spread spectrum frequency modulation, which can helpmitigate EMI, and many other popular features detailed in the data sheet.
