20W 12V SMPS Demo Board with ICE3RBR1765JGAN-DEMO-3RBR1765JGICE3RBR1765JG (ICE3RBRxx65JG series) is the new member ofICE3RBRxx65Jx in DSO-12 package. The outstanding performanceincludes BiCMOS technology, active burst mode, built-infrequency jitter, soft gate driving, propagation delaycompensation, built-in soft start time, built-in blanking time andextendable blanking time for over load protection, external autorestartenable feature, etc.
