Beschreibung

The P9239 Dual Mode and P9239-W WPC-only are 8.5W,magnetic induction wireless power transmitters supporting theWPC and PMA specifications. The product is designed tooperate with a wide input voltage range of 4.25 – 21V. Thesystem-on-chip is comprised of step-down switching regulator,two linear regulators (1.8V and 3.3V), micro-controller, foreignobject detection (FOD) and full bridge power stage drivers.Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ technology is also supportedwhen using a QC2.0 or QC3.0 power adaptor.The transmitter includes an industry-leading 32bit ARM®Cortex®-M0 processor offering high level of programmabilitywhile consuming extremely low standby power meeting theENERGY STAR® requirement. In addition, the μControllerempowers the user to customize features such as LEDpatterns, buzzer and FOD threshold settings. The devicesupports the I2C serial interface protocol. To safeguard thedevice and the system under fault conditions, the transmitterincludes input under-voltage, input overvoltage, output shortcircuit and over-temperature protection.TheP9239 is available in a Pb-free, space-saving VFQFN6mm X 6mm, 48 pin package, and it is rated over theindustrial temperature range of -40 to +85ºC.
