Beschreibung

The TDAIO-TPH-ON-240W-RD AC to DC reference design offers an output power level of 240 W. This design is composed of two power stages, the first being the PFC (AC to DC) and the second being the LLC (DC to DC), producing 24 V at 10 A. Its peak efficiency is greater than 96% with an open frame power density of 24 W/in3.This power supply uses three 650 V SuperGaN TO-220 GaN FETs (TP65H150G4PS) and Onsemi’s CCM PFC (NCP1654) and LLC (NCP1300) controllers controllers. If the heatsink redesigned to a height of 20 mm an additional 6 W/in3 increase in power density (30 W/in3) can be achieved. This power supply is ideal for applications such as fast charging, Laptops, IoT, etc.
