WPME-VDLM LTspice Models

WE WPME-VDLM LTspice Models enable accurate simulation of MagI³C VDLM series power modules directly within LTspice. These integrated DC-DC converters feature high efficiency, wide input range (3.5 – 38 V) and advanced EMI-reduction capabilities via Spread Spectrum. The models support both average and switching mode simulations, plus hybrid simulation through SW_MODE_START_TIME to balance speed and accuracy. Predefined examples make it easy to explore startup behavior, power good indication, overcurrent protection and more.
