- No firmware implemented on the module: Bluetooth® LE and proprietary protocols supported
- Based on Nordic Seminconductor SoC nRF52840
- 32 bit ARM Cortex-M4F CPU
- Nano SIM size: 12 x 8 x 2 mm
- Smart antenna configuration (2-in-1 module)
- Possible interfaces: UART, SPI, I2C & ADC
- 1024 kB flash memory, 256 kB RAM
- Up to +8 dBm output power
- 0.4 µA sleep current (system off mode)
- 17 configurable GPIOs
- Same hardware platform available as Bluetooth® LE 5.1 module (Proteus-III)
