A common solution to maintain the performance of NFC antennas, is to use high permeability absorber films. However, this can result in resonant frequencies being shifted to lower values. Therefore, in „Design approach for high efficiency NFC systems with magnetic shielding materials” different thicknesses of the same ferrite polymer material are evaluated and the shielding effect between the conductive surface and the NFC antenna is analyzed.
