Baojun Chen joined the company in 2012 and spent the first three years working in the laboratory, primarily focusing on testing activities. He then moved to the EDA team as an EDA Engineer, where he was responsible for PCB design and EDA library management.

Since 2018, he has been supporting the EMC Advanced Material team, with responsibilities including product validation and development, quality assurance, measurement development, and other related functions. Now his focused product in the team is EMC Shielding accessories, like EMC tapes, Earthing Metal Clip, EMC gaskets.
