Würth Elektronik ICS has undergone successful auditing by TÜV Süd Management Service GmbH at its sites in Niedernhall-Waldzimmern (Germany) and Furdenheim (France), resulting in ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 9001:2015 certification. The Technology and Production Center in Niedernhall-Waldzimmern was additionally certified according to the international environmental management standard ISO 14001:2004.

“Two years ago, we merged our production and administration facilities from five former nearby locations into completely new premises in Niedernhall-Waldzimmern. We used this move and the merging of the sites as an opportunity to realign our processes,” says Dr. Klaus Wittig, Managing Director at Würth Elektronik ICS. Karl-Heinz Groß, also Managing Director at Würth Elektronik ICS adds: “We are very pleased that TÜV Süd has confirmed that the management systems and processes at our new site in Niedernhall-Waldzimmern meet the high standards of the automobile sector.”
