When I joined, there was no local, organized marketing in the Americas division of the company.  Würth Elektronik provided me, and eventually my team, a chance to pioneer nearly everything we have taken to the customer and to better the experience of the employee. I grew many professional skills with my colleagues while developing these programs.

At the time I stepped into leadership, I was a young woman finding her place in the world.  I leaned in with the others in our company to shape and normalize emotions in meetings, for all genders. There is no genuine connection between two people without emotion.  Over the last 15 years, the expansion of emotional intelligence, and its crucial role to our company’s existence, has been my driving force.  Specifically, I’m devoted to an environment which helps people connect, contribute and collaborate. I’ve branched outside of traditional marketing to create experiences for employees, which naturally spills into more fulfilling encounters for our customers. 

Now, I live with the privilege of a high level of trust from my bosses, team members and colleagues. I regularly sit back at my desk to reflect, with gratitude, on our office environment. I love coming in each day to an organizational culture which creates a great place to work together and solve hard problems.
