To sell a radio product into the market it is necessary to fulfill all national requirements. Beside the common aspects of EMC, safety and health for a radio device the radio spectrum matters to guarantee an efficient use of its limited resource. Although these aspects are already considered on level of the Würth Elektronik eiSos radio modules it is important that the manufacturers of the end devices engage with this topic, as they are fully responsible. This presentation gives an insight in requirements for the radio spectrum and protocol.
