Stefan Schilpp began his professional career in 2005 with an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic. After completing his apprenticeship in 2008, he worked in various positions in Germany and internationally, including in the product development of mechanical components. In 2017, he completed his in-service training to become a state-certified technician. In 2018, he started at Würth Elektronik eiSos as product manager for electromechanical components.

Since 2021, he has been responsible for product management eiCan Germany and, since 2022, additionally for the purchasing department for electromechanical components in Germany.
