Joanne Wu studied at the Technical University of Munich and graduated with a master's degree in electrical and information engineering. Since then, she has worked on the development of new measurement methods for impedance and improved the range towards higher frequencies and currents. Since 2018, Wu has been a product manager at Würth Elektronik eiSos and is responsible for EMC components and ferrites for assembly on PCBs.
