- Ophelia-VI for Edge AI applications (Based on Nordic Semiconductor SoC nRF54LM20B)
- Build Your Own Firmware (BYOF) for supported protocols (Open CPU)
- Supporting protocols: Bluetooth® LE 6, Matter, Thread, ZigBee, IEEE 802.15.4, NFC-T and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocols
- Possible interfaces: USB, UART, SPI, I²C, NFC
- Smart antenna configuration (Integrated PCB antenna with option to connect external antenna)
- Small form factor: 10.5 x 12.5 mm
- 2 MB Non volatile memory (NVM), 512 kB RAM
- Based on 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor
- Upto 66 GPIOs
- Supported by Zephyr OS and nRF Connect SDK
Engineering samples for Ophelia-V (based on nRF54LM20A) and Ophelia-VI for Edge AI application (based on nRF54LM20B) are available.
