The Schopfheim production site of Würth Elektronik Circuit Board Technology is located in the charming border triangle of Germany, France and Switzerland. The exemplary urban infrastructure in Schopfheim with childcare facilities, all-day school, sports associations and a variety of shopping opportunities make life here attractive, even with children.

The region offers a variety of sporting leisure activities in the vacation area "Southern Black Forest", such as swimming and mountain bike trails and winter sports opportunities. There is also a wide range of cultural activities on offer in Basel, Freiburg or at the Forum Würth in Arlesheim (CH) and a large number of tourist highlights.

With around 400 employees, high-quality, complex printed circuit boards are manufactured at the Schopfheim site, where the targeted use of technologies such as HDI, thermal management, wire bonding and printed polymer makes the plant a miniaturization specialist.
